These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") apply when you use all or part of the website 'Game Media Hub' (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") operated by Netmarble Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") or the content (including but not limited to data, sound, text, images, videos, trademarks, etc., hereinafter referred to as "Media Resources") provided by the Company through the Website, and its purpose is to establish the rights and obligations of you and the Company regarding the provision and use of Media Resources.

(c) Removing or modifying rights notices and other ownership information within Media Resources or using part or all of the Media Resources in a modified or altered manner;
(d) Any act that interferes with or disrupts the servers or networks through which the Website is provided, or any act reasonably suspected of such interference or disruption;
(e) Use of Media Resources for purposes that violate the law or are ethically unacceptable, or use of Media Resources that the company determines is not permitted at its discretion;
3.3. You may create new content (hereinafter referred to as "Produced Content") using Media Resources within the scope of compliance with these Terms and Conditions. However, you acknowledge and agree that the creator of the Produced Content is responsible for all liabilities arising in connection with the Produced Content (including, but not limited to, legal disputes with others, personal damages, and compensation for damages), and the Company bears no responsibility for this.
3.4. If the Company, in its sole discretion, determines that the Produced Content violates any part of these Terms or has a negative impact on the Company or its Media Resources, the Company reserves the right to request modification, deletion, or disposal of the Produced Content, and you are obligated to comply with the Company's request.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. You acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to Media Resources (including those contained in the Produced Content) are owned by or licensed to the Company.
4.2. All content on the Website, including Media Resources, is the property of the Company and its affiliates. Except as provided in Section 3.3, you may not create derivative works from the website without the Company's written consent. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms and Conditions are reserved by the Company.

(d) A statement made under penalty of perjury that (i) you believe in good faith that the use of your intellectual property right is unauthorized, and (ii) the information you have provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act as the exclusive owner or on behalf of the exclusive owner;
(e) A physical or electronic signature of the exclusive owner that is allegedly infringed or of a person authorized to act on behalf of such owner;
5. Revision
You can review these Terms of Service at any time on the website. The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time at its discretion to ensure seamless service provision (collectively, Website access and Media Resource provision, hereinafter the same). If the Terms of Service are revised, the Company may announce the revisions via the website. Unless otherwise specified, the Terms of Service will take effect from the date of announcement. If you continue to access the website or use Media Resources after the revisions, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not wish to be bound by the revised Terms of Service, please discontinue accessing the website or using Media Resources.
6. Service Suspension and Interruption

8. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes or claims arising in connection therewith shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Southern District Court of the Republic of Korea.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any proceedings to resolve or litigate disputes will be conducted solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor we will bring any dispute as a class action, or in any other proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity. No arbitration or proceeding may be combined without the prior written consent of all parties to all relevant arbitrations or proceedings.
