Q : How can I sync accounts?
A : There are four ways to sync accounts.
The method differs depending on the operating system of the device you are using.
Check the sync methods below in order to protect your valuable game data.

■ Account Sync Types
1. Google Play Account Sync (Android)
2. Apple Account Sync (iOS)
3. Facebook Account Sync (Android/iOS)
4. email Account Sync (Android/iOS)

■ How to Sync Accounts
1. At the top center of the game screen, select your Rank.
2. Select the type of account you wish to use and sync.

[Caution]
- The Seven Deadly Sins may be synced once per method. A synced account may not be changed for another account (you may only add new accounts).
- When synced, you will be able to load data using the account at any time.
- Syncing accounts also provides protection for your data in case of errors or reinstalls.


Q : What can I use for account sync?
A : There is a total of 4 account types. You may also sync additional accounts.

Q : I lost my account without syncing!
A : If you lost access to your game account, we may be able to help you with recovery.
Please be guided with the following instructions before proceeding:
1. Create a new account and sync it with at least one (1) sync method (Facebook, Google Play, Apple, etc.) to serve as the host of your old data.
2. Provide us with the screenshot of purchase receipts associated with the old account for verification. 
3. If purchases were not made with the old account, please make sure to use the same device where you played the old account on as this will be the verification method.
4. Contact us using the new account made and fill out our Account Recovery Request form.

If you have these additional details, kindly provide them in the content space as well:
- Netmarble ID of the old account
- Account rank of the old account
- Hero roster information of the old account
Please understand that the new account information provided will be overwritten as part of the recovery process.
Please also be noted that account recovery is a sensitive process and may not be guaranteed to be successful.
Notes:
• We cannot verify your device if it has been restored to factory settings after the account was lost.
We are not able to recover game data that has already been registered under a sync method. In such cases, you will need to remember the sync method. Please note that we are unable to provide this information due to account security.

Q : Where can I check my Sync Code?
A : You can check your Sync Code by tapping on "Data Transfer" under Player Info. You can also set the password in the same menu.

Q : I forgot my Sync Code!
A: In order to provide a smooth gameplay experience,
we have made it possible to sync game data using a Sync Code and password in [Data Transfer].
However, we must regret to inform you that it is not possible to retrieve a lost Sync Code
or reissue a new one. We hope you understand, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Q : What's a Sync Code?
A : Sync Code is a type of ID that allows you to preserve your data when switching devices.
How to Set Up a Sync Code
1. [Menu]
→ [Player Info] → [Data Transfer] → [Issue Sync Code]
2. Set Password


Q : Can I sync preexisting account data even after I've uninstalled the game?
A : Accessing the game with the Google or App Store account which was used to sync your previous game data will sync normally.
If a new game is started, you can load your preexisting data by accessing the settings and logging into your account.


Q : I switched to another device and my existing account is gone!
A : Sync with the Google or App Store account which was used to sync your previous game data, or
access the game from your old device and set up a Sync Code in the [Data Transfer] menu, then proceed to sync data.
