I want to know how to cancel a purchase.

Before you send in a ticket, please make sure you have all of the following information.

5. Google - Play Store email: [Login to Play Store → Menu → bottom left of the screen]
6. Support Request: (ex. Cancelling a purchase)
 
*It can be difficult to assist you if the above information isn't provided, so make sure you have all of the information when you send the ticket in.
