Apple (iOS) Payment Cancellation Guide
You may request a cancellation (refund) for purchased items within 7 days of the purchase date.
However, depending on the product, cancellations may not be possible in the following cases:

■ Non-Refundable Cases
1. If the purchased item has already been used.
2. If the purchased item takes effect immediately upon purchase.

If the above cases do not apply, please request a cancellation through Apple App Store Customer Support.

As payment and refund services for Apple App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple, we kindly ask for your understanding that the KOF AFK Customer Support cannot provide direct assistance.

Please note that refunds may be declined depending on Apple’s internal policies, and in such cases, we are unable to provide additional support.

If your cancellation is successfully completed by Apple Customer Support, please submit an inquiry through [1:1 Inquiry] with your cancellation receipt attached, so that we can proceed with the recovery of the delivered items.

※ If items received through a canceled purchase are used after requesting cancellation through the store, operational measures may be taken in accordance with the Terms of Service.
